Zoe Cote, LCT-C
With a background in Kinesiology, health sciences, and psychology, I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach with my clients.
Research shows the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is the greatest predictor of positive therapy outcomes, so our relationship with one another will always be my top priorityββI create a warm, open-minded environment for you to grow and heal, focusing on who you are, how you got here, and how we can work together to help you move forward.
In our sessions, Iβll blend concepts from Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to tailor counselling to your unique needs and goals. Together, weβll find what works best for you, so you can feel safe and supported, no matter what brings you in.
